A sure way to make your work stand out is to add high karat gold to create beautiful and unique designs. Students will learn the ancient Korean technique of Keum Boo, how to alloy 22k gold and 18k gold, fusing gold dust, Projects are fabricated using no solder.   18k or 22k gold is required for this class. You may bring your own or purchase from instructor. The amount you will need depends upon how much gold a student chooses to use. You will make 2 rings and two pairs of earrings. Individual designs are encouraged. Adding high karat gold to Argentium makes the ultimate combination of gold and the beautiful white color of Argentium silver.
