This is an advanced Drawing on Metal workshop. In this class, we will focus on integrating your skill with design. You will be abstracting images from nature to create a composition highlighting color and pattern. We will also be adding soldered elements to the color where the design warrants.

-simplify a design from a photo or sketch using abstraction

-each student will have an individual design consultation

-add pattern and color with Prismacolor drawing

-add new elements by soldering , riveting, tab setting , or tension setting
